Piezo Electricity Generator

Name - Devansh Kokate and Shivraj Kasole

School - St Michael’s School, Ahilyanagar

Project Title - Piezo Electricity Generator

Description - Piezoelectric tiles are installed on floors in crowded places like malls, railway stations, and airports. When people walk over these tiles, the pressure applied generates small amounts of electricity, which can be used to power lights or display systems. Similarly, piezoelectric stairs produce electricity when people climb up or down, making them useful in schools, metro stations, and public buildings. Piezoelectric shoes are designed with small piezo elements embedded in the sole. As a person walks or runs, the pressure and movement generate electricity that can charge small electronic devices like fitness trackers or mobile phones.

What is your innovation here?

Great level of understanding. It’s very good to see such deep understanding about electronic components and science behind it. I like to see it’s scale up and implement on a large scale!
Best of luck!
